Our goal is to make the ordering process as easy as can be, If you're confused about anything we advise you to send us an email. We also advise that you calculate the total price of your order prior to starting the order process so you can fly through it as easy as possible. To prevent as many mistakes as possible, we advise you to look over the steps below a few times before actually submitting your order. Your ID quality depends a lot on what you send us, if your picture looks off then so will your ID. For group orders, please make sure to give everyone the same memo. This will save us a lot of time having to email you for another picture, in most cases we will do our best to edit your picture but we can't always get it right.
If you're trying to recieve your ID in some sort of hurry, we recommend you use Bitcoin when purchasing. This is instantly verified and doesn't require as much work as other payment options.

- A high quality camera is crucial, please try and use a camera that is 8MP or above with flash ON.
- Make sure your hair is not curly, try and keep your hair as compact and clean as possible.
- Please use a COMPLETELY blue or white backdrop, have no designs or markings behind you.
- Please take your picture from around your waiste up, give us a lot of room to work with.
- Make sure your pictures resolution is ATLEAST 800x800, anything smaller will not work.
- Please do not edit your own picture, let us do that.
Make sure to double check your photos with the list above, we cannot stress enough how much your picture matters. Your picture can be the difference between a great ID and a good ID.
