How are the quality of the IDs?
We'd say this is one of the most important aspects of our bussiness, if the quality was bad why would anyone order from us? All of our IDs pass the common tests of all store clerks and bouncers, they do scan and include holograms, microprint, etc. We match all security features for each state that we offer.
How can i trust you?
Yes. We have been producing IDs for over 15 years with absolute precision and are always updating our clients as to the progress of their order. The status of your order can be checked at anytime by logging into your account. You will not find negative reviews about us because they do not exist.
How long will my order take?
Rush Production (+$25) is guaranteed delivery within 8 business days excluding weekends. Tracking will be automatically uploaded to your account which can be viewed at anytime. Rush tracking information will be available between 3-4 business days of ordering.
Standard Production is $15 and that is guaranteed delivery within 10-14 business days. Tracking info again will be uploaded to your account. Standard tracking info is available normally within 7 business days of ordering.
What payment methods do you accept?
right now we accept Bitcoin. If you're new to Bitcoin, click here for everything you need too know too get your hands on some bitcoin. We also have specific instructions when ordering with the loadable cards, please make sure you read these instructions if you're plannig on using them. You're able to use multiple reload packs for the same order.
Can you ship to Colleges or P.O Boxes?
Yes we can. Just make sure you use your real name on your delivery details. Otherwise the chances of delivery slim down. And we cannot refund or reship if the tracking states delivered. Type your shipping info and ID info carefully!
What countries do you ship to?
We ship worldwide and all orders are provided tracking number information by simply logging into your account with the email and order ID given to you at checkout. Save these details to see your orders progress.
What security features do your IDs have?
Depending on the state you purchase, they will have all security features for your specified state. Meaning, all IDs have state-specific holograms, UV holograms (holograms that show up under a blacklight), scannable 2D/1D barcodes with all the corresponding info on your ID, raised text, perforations, and microprint. You are purchasing exact replicas.
What picture and/or signature should I send?
Instructions are on the Order page of how and what type of picture/signature is acceptable for your ID. Normally, chest up, high quality photos will do. Standard smartphones today can take a high enough resolution photo. We will do the rest of the work to tailor your picture and signature. Signatures should be written with bold ink or a sharpie on a white piece of paper and taken a clear picture of.
How's your packaging?
We make sure to safely and discreetly ship your order. We put effort into our stealth methods to prevent any unauthorized receiver to be able to identify what the contents are without specifically looking for it.
